Frequently asked questions
Does the Free plan ask for a card?
No. The Free plan costs nothing and skips checkout. It includes 1 user, 1 WhatsApp number, 100 conversations per month, and 3 templates. When you need more, upgrade to Starter or Pro from the app.
How does the AI agent work?
The agent replies using your own AI provider key, so you pay for AI usage directly to that provider. It is available on the Pro and Enterprise plans, and you can also connect your own external agents through a webhook.
Can someone on my team take over a chat?
Yes. Every conversation has a Bot mode and an Agent mode. Switching to Agent stops the bot, and the person continues with the full history in view.
What counts as a conversation?
Each chat counts once per billing period, starting with the first message the contact sends you in that period. Older messages you import do not count.
What happens when I reach my conversation limit?
We notify you at 80% and 100%. At the limit, the agent stops replying to new conversations for that period, but every message is still saved and your team can keep replying.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply right away with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of the period, and nothing is deleted: you just can’t create more than the new plan allows.
What currency do you charge in, and are taxes included?
Plans are billed in US dollars (USD). Prices do not include taxes.
