Terms of service

1. Acceptance

Visual Chats is a platform operated by Honey Mustard, S.A. de C.V., located at calle Mina 23, colonia Guerrero, alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06300, Mexico City, Mexico.

By accessing or using Visual Chats, you accept these Terms of service and the Privacy policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these terms for it.

2. The service

Visual Chats provides tools to connect communication channels, coordinate artificial intelligence agents and human agents, manage conversations, and handle appointments.

Some features depend on third-party services, including Meta and WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar, Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Netlify.

3. Google Calendar authorization and use

If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize Visual Chats to use the permissions shown on Google’s consent screen to provide the scheduling features you choose.

These features may include checking available calendars and availability, as well as creating, displaying, updating, or canceling events at the user’s instruction.

You are responsible for selecting the correct calendars, reviewing an appointment’s details before confirming it, and having authorization to add attendee data.

You can withdraw access at any time from Visual Chats or from your Google Account. When you disconnect the integration, some scheduling features will no longer be available.

How Google data is accessed, used, retained, and shared is described in detail in our Privacy policy.

4. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us if you detect any unauthorized access.

You are responsible for the activity carried out from your account and for properly managing the permissions of your team and of the connected integrations.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Visual Chats to:

• Violate applicable law or the rights of third parties.
• Send unauthorized communications.
• Distribute malicious code.
• Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
• Interfere with the operation of the service.
• Circumvent limits, controls, or technical measures.
• Facilitate fraud, abuse, deception, or unlawful activities.

You must also comply with the rules of the third-party services you connect, including the applicable Google and Meta policies.

It is your responsibility to obtain the necessary consent from the people you communicate with or invite to events.

6. User content and data

You retain the rights to the content and data you add to the service.

You grant Honey Mustard, S.A. de C.V. only the authorization needed to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content in order to provide Visual Chats and carry out your instructions.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content and data added to the service are lawful and that you have the permissions, consents, and authorizations needed to use them.

7. Third-party services

Integrations are also governed by the terms, conditions, and policies of their respective providers, including, depending on the features used:

• Supabase.
• OpenAI.
• Anthropic.
• Google.
• Netlify.
• Meta Platforms.

Visual Chats does not control the availability, changes, interruptions, or decisions of these providers.

We may modify, limit, or suspend an integration when the corresponding provider changes its API, terms, requirements, permissions, or availability.

When you connect Meta or WhatsApp Business, you authorize Visual Chats to process the account and channel identifiers, phone numbers, messages, files, templates, technical events, and ad or attribution data that Meta makes available under the enabled permissions.

The processing of this information is limited to providing the requested features and is described in detail in our Privacy policy.

8. Intellectual property

Visual Chats, its interface, software, brand, design, and documentation belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

These terms do not transfer any ownership rights in Visual Chats to you, except the limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the service under the contracted conditions.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, incidents, updates, technical failures, or external dependencies.

We may change features to improve the service, respond to security risks, meet legal obligations, or address requirements from external providers.

We will announce material changes when appropriate.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and disconnect your integrations at any time.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to Visual Chats in the event of:

• A breach of these terms.
• A risk to the security of the service or its users.
• Illegal or unauthorized activity.
• Non-payment, where applicable.
• The need to protect users, providers, or third parties.
• A breach of the policies of Meta, Google, or other connected providers.

When reasonable and legally possible, we will give notice before applying a suspension.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Visual Chats is provided on an as-available basis.

We do not guarantee that every automation, artificial intelligence–generated response, message delivery, connection, appointment, or sync with external services will be uninterrupted, accurate, or completely error-free.

You should review important decisions, verify automatically generated information, and maintain appropriate human oversight.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, our operations, applicable law, or third-party requirements.

We will publish the current version at this same URL and indicate the date of the last update. When a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice when appropriate.
